Message from the
Director General

Dear colleagues,
It was a pleasure to see so many of our members and world business partners at the annual meeting in Bermuda this month. 

All five ACI regions were well represented by the over 400 delegates from 72 countries, who enjoyed a stimulating programme during the conference as well as the lively exhibition area, with its diverse mix of airport partners presenting new technologies and services. 

Put simply, L.F. Wade International Airport was the perfect host, and General Manager Aaron Adderley was also a terrific Master of Ceremonies for the entire event.   I extend our sincere thanks to all the airport team for their kind welcome and their hard work which made this 20th Assembly and conference so successful and enjoyable. On behalf of all of those present, I warmly thank the sponsors who made the networking times so profitable for all of us and helped us discover the beauty and charm of Bermuda. 

I know you will enjoy reading the report that follows and we hope it will inspire you to plan on joining us next year at the 21st Annual Assembly in Cairo!
